On November 30, 2015, the 21st Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and 11th Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol were launched in Paris, France, and within their framework the meeting of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice, the meeting of the Subsidiary Body for the Kyoto Protocol Implementation (SBI) and the meeting of the Ad Hoc Working Group on the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action would be held to develop further solutions on climate change.
